Ingredients in our Winter – Protect and Hydrate Moisturiser

We want to be as transparent as possible with all of our products. As we finalise and launch each moisturiser, we will be publishing the full INCI list, so you know exactly what goes into our formulas. The winter moisturiser is made up from 96.3% natural ingredients with the basis of the moisturiser being good old-fashioned water (Aqua). Ingredients are as follows:

Aqua, Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride, Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Juice, Glycerin, Propanediol, Pentaerythrityl Distearate, Cetearyl Alcohol, Simmondsia Chinensis (Jojoba) Seed Oil, Tapioca Starch, Sodium Stearoyl Glutamate, Dimethicone, Copernicia Cerifera (Carnauba) Wax, Decyl Glucoside, Pentylene Glycol, Phenoxyethanol, Ethylhexylglycerin, Ascorbyl Glucoside, Butylene Glycol, Carbomer, Polysorbate 20, Palmitoyl Tripeptide-1, Palmitoyl Tetrapeptide-7, Citrus Aurantium Bergamia (Bergamot) Peel Oil, Xanthan Gum, Sodium Polyacrylate, Tocopheryl Acetate, Sodium Hyaluronate, Terminalia Ferdinandiana Fruit Extract, Sodium Hydroxide, Citric Acid.

We aimed to keep this list as natural and short as possible to keep our skincare simple yet effective. Our active ingredients why we use them are in bold and detailed below:

Vitamin C – made up of Ascorbyl Glucoside and Terminalia Ferdinandiana Fruit (Kakadu plum) extract. Kakadu plum has some of the highest naturally occurring levels of vitamin c in the world.

Matrixyl 3000 – This is a brand name for two peptides called Palmitoyl Tripeptide-1, Palmitoyl Tetrapeptide-7. They make up this proven and excellent anti-ageing ingredient.

Hyaluronic Acid – Proven to draw moisture towards the skin, chemical name is Sodium Hydroxide,

Tree of Life Extract (Probarrier) – Probarrier is the brand name of the main ingredients that make up the protective element of the winter cream. It is listed as Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride and Copernicia Cerifera (Carnauba) Wax.

You can also see ingredients like Aloe Vera (Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Juice), Jojoba Seed Oil (Simmondsia Chinensis Seed Oil), Vitamin E (Tocopheryl Acetate) and our essential oil scent for this season, Bergamot (Citrus Aurantium Bergamia Peel Oil).

The moisturiser is petroleum-free, paraben-free and vegan-friendly.

We have taken a lot of care to check every ingredient when building this product. Working with our fantastic supplier in the Sussex (UK) countryside, we have put together a formula that is natural, supports skin health and has proven active ingredients to keep you looking your best.
